SPECIAL OR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS:
We’re here to help, so miscellaneous projects are welcome. Simply email or text me with your special requests so we can budget them in to our regular work routine. If we have to trade off – skip a room of your house in order to accommodate the special project, let us know which room(s) you are trading for.
WORK HOURS:
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We do work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both.
ALARM SYSTEMS & KEYS:
It is not necessary to be at home while we’re there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure I have the key code so I can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. I’ll need to know where you keep your house key.
SATISFACTION:
We aim to please. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately at 918-520-9431 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns.
PAYMENT: Paying with a credit/debit card through our invoice is easy (and preferred) and leaves an electronic trail for your records. Cash and Checks are also fine and can be left on the kitchen counter.
Payments are due as soon as invoice is sent. There will be an additional fee of $10 for each day payment isn’t received.
Please note the following:
- AOWTD does not move furniture or heavy items
- Dishes and inside appliances can be cleaned, additional charges apply
- Organizing is not added in our deep or regular cleans
- We make beds and change linens if fresh ones are set out
